Pit Fire at Taos

We met back up with Pollen (Dawning Pollen Shorty) today to complete the pit firing of our micaceous clay creations.  It was lovely to see three generations of women artists (her, her mother Bernadette, and her grandmother Jeri) as well listen to her quirky father tell stories about his wood carvings.
